You can walk to fine and casual dining, historic Beringer Vineyards and unique shopping in beautiful and quaint downtown St. Helena.

Our goal is to offer you the finest combination of luxury, hospitality and history garnished with our famous mouth-watering full gourmet champagne breakfasts and the premium wines and cheeses that we serve each evening. Crystal decanters of Port are in each guestroom for a nightcap if you should want one.

St. Helena also affords luxury and relaxation in the hot springs, a perfect way to unwind, perhaps followed by a massage or a mud bath. Those looking for a little more adventure can charter a balloon or glider ride over Napa Valley. If you prefer to view this fair city on the ground visit the various museums and historical sites in the area or wander through delightful shops and boutiques on the main street. Golf, tennis, bicycling, hiking, and swimming are available for those who seek an active holiday while in St. Helena.

After dining find quality port in a crystal decanter in y our room or step downstairs to our hot tub in a secluded private courtyard area. Reflect on the day and enjoy each other or use therapy jets to soften tight muscles…before a fabulous wine country slumber. 

Awaken to the aroma of the inn's own blend of coffee... that is just a start as breakfast is an event every day. For you we serve a full gourmet champagne breakfast complete with Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles, or stuffed French toast; fresh fruits; our home-baked breads and croissants; a selection of premium teas, coffee, fresh juice and champagne of course!

  • Accommodations: 4 guest rooms *(the "Suite" can be rented as a 2 bedroom unit with a top of the line queen sofa sleeper in the sitting room) for a small additional charge per person per night...up to four people total. All rooms have wireless high speed internet and satellite television. Two have Jacuzzi tubs for two and fireplaces. Each has a private bath with either a Jacuzzi tub or an over sized extra deep soaking tub...all have large showers.
  • Hot Tub in private courtyard area.
  • Covered balcony/deck to enjoy year around!
  • Rates: $199.00 - $299.00; Off Season mid-week rates available. (Gift Certificates Available.) Rates are subject to change
  • Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance; three months "in season" and one month during the "off season". Call: (707) 963-3003, fax: (707)963-9367, email: ambrose@napanet.net, or make your Reservation Request online. Minimum stay is usually 2 days when Saturday is included.
  • Payment: Personal or business checks, Cash or Travelers checks, VISA, MaterCard, preferred; Discover also accepted.
  • Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside or in common areas. Small children are not encouraged.
  • Meals: Complimentary full gourmet champagne breakfast served daily. Premium wines and cheeses served each evening. Decanters of Port are in your room.
  • Recreation & Activities: Wine tasting, fine and casual dining, unique shopping, premium outlets, tennis, swimming, golf, spas, biking, hiking, hot-air ballooning and glider rides all nearby.
  • Our full champagne breakfast and wine and cheeses served in the evening are complimentary. Rates do not include applicable taxes. Rates based on single/double occupancy. There will be an additional charge for extra person(s) of any age. No pets. No smoking indoors or in common areas. Central Air/Heat. Closest airports: San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento. Innkeeper will assist you as your personal concierge.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Refunds of deposits minus a $15.00 service charge per room per night will be made if a cancellation notice is received 15 days prior to the reservation date. If a last minute cancellation is necessary we will refund the deposit less the service charge(s) ONLY if we can re-rent the room. In the event of early departure your reservation must be honored.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. We are flexible. Please call if you will arrive later than 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
