Wildlife is plentiful. Deer do cross
the property daily. Squirrels, raccoons, skunks, blue jays, fox and coyote are common
sights. Local cattle graze the hillsides. On the way in, you will see majestic horses
being trained by our neighbors.
Policies and Rates |
- Due to our remote location, multiple water features in the landscape and interior
architecture, we are unable to allow children under age six to stay with us.
- Additionally, our forest-side setting is protected from fire by the California
Department of Forestry via helicopter; therefore, we have established a very strict
no-smoking policy for the entire property.
- Rates: $145 - $250
- No minimum stay required
- Smoking is not allowed
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Due to liability)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (50% of first night)
- Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations: full refund of deposit prior to 14 days
