Rooms and Rates:

The Lodge is an ideal location for church retreats, business meetings, and family reunions. The entire Lodge rental includes access to the entire main Lodge, Grounds, and a full Kitchen. No B&B services are provided when the Lodge is rented out in it's entirety.

There are other B&Bs within a 5-10 mile radius of the Lodge that we will also gladly recommend upon request if you have large parties who require accommodations.

During On Season, both the Cabin and Cottage have a minimum 3 nights stay requirement. Rental accommodations are not to exceed six persons in either the Cabin or Cottage, at any time.

Reservation & Payment Information

In order to inquire as to availability and to make a reservation you can  phone either via TOLL FREE # (888) 298-0348 or via (719) 684-2521. All reservations will be confirmed by letter, upon receiving a deposit which is 40% of the nights booked.

Payment by cash, traveler's check, Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only. In advance bookings are refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. All other bookings are refundable only if we can re-book cancelled dates. In addition, any cancellation is subject to a $10 service charge.

No Pets Allowed
But you are welcome to entertain our Chocolate Lab, Home Brew. She loves to play with Visitors!!!

No Smoking is permitted in either the Cabin or the Cottage nor the Lodge. Smoking is not only a health hazard but it destroys the wood interior.

Timeframes

Check-in: 3:00pm - 6pm Check-out: 11:00am

Late arrivals must be pre-arranged. Early check-in is not always possible but you are welcome to drop off your luggage early and relax in either the Great Room or out on the Terrace.
