All villas include an exquisite, hot gormet breakfast each morning, plus home baked goods, snacks, iced tea, coffee and bottled water available all day. Villas are uniquely decorated and have combination of canopy beds, fireplaces, Jacuzzis for 2 and private decks.  Spa amenities for the Jacuzzi tub and plush Turkish bathrobes are also provided. Bicycles and Beach Equipment provided FREE to our guests!   On premises Spa available for Couples Spa Packages and pampering.

  • 1 night reservations are not avail on holidays or when 3 night minimum applies.

Reservation Information
  • All rates are plus 10% Flagler County bed and sales tax.
  • 50% Due with reservation. Balance due on morning of expected arrival.
  • All 1 night reservations are due in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable.
  • Rate is guaranteed once reserved. Future rate increase or specials will not apply.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • $35 fee if more than 6 days from expected arrival - 1 night within 5 days plus 25% of all add-on items
    • No-shows & 1 night reservations - due in full / non-refundable
    • Sorry we do not give refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

All villas include TV/DVD, Cable, hair dryers, irons and A/C.  Some with full kitchens, Dishwashers,
washers and dryers.  Spa and Restaurant on property, by reservation only.
