Harvey House is known for

Each of our five rooms in the
Inn are marvelous and very different from the others. Guests can choose suites with
oversized Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, sitting areas, flat screen TVs and kitchenettes.

The common area is a perfect spot for lazy afternoons with
a good book and/or music. If you play the piano, a grand piano
awaits you. The living room is noted for its fireplace, piano rotunda, book
shelves, and a set of French doors leading to the outside patio.
Leaded art glass windows and custom-made wood and iron staircase
add to the warmth. Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen, the patio, or the formal dining
room.

Reservation Information and Policies |
- Rates: $155 - $310.
Rates are for two people and include a full gourmet breakfast, WIFI, and parking. Tax is
additional. Most of the year we have a two night minimum stay for a Saturday night
booking. We also require a three night booking for holiday weekends. Please call with
questions. We do accept one-night reservations Sunday through Thursday. For one night
weekend stays with upcharge, please call Beth.
- Reservation Information: It is easiest to make reservation requests
through this web site. You can also call us 8AM-8PM, seven days a week to reserve a room.
Do not hesitate to call us with questions or special requests. It's easy to reach us toll
free at 888-848-6810 or at (708)848-6810. To request a reservation, we require a
valid credit card (in your name) with the expiration date. A deposit of the first night or
more on longer stays is usually taken. While the reservations system is almost always
up-to-date and correct, your room is not guaranteed until you hear from us that this is
the case. Simply requesting the room and date while providing valid payment information
does not guarantee the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: When a guest reserves a room and we have
guaranteed the reservation, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you
chose and you agree to pay the rate quoted for your entire reservation. Because of our
size and location, cancellations affect us significantly, and we therefore must adhere to
a strict cancellation policy.
To cancel or re-schedule your reservation, regardless of the reason, we need to hear from
you no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For holidays
and special events we need to hear from you no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation less than 14 days (30
days for holidays and special events) prior to your scheduled arrival date we shall make
every effort to re-rent your room. However, there are no refunds if we can not find
another party to take your room for the full length of your reservation. Sorry, no
exceptions.
- Method of Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, Personal and Travelers
Checks are accepted. The sales and lodging tax rate is 10%.
- Smoking: Harvey House is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted
outdoors only.
- Pets: We regret we can not accommodate pets.
- Children: Children 12 and older are welcome. We do make occasional
exceptions so feel free to call.
- Only the Jimmy Stewart, Oak Park or Chalet Suite can accommodate a 3rd
person. Please inquire first as restrictions apply. Add $35.
- Check In - Check Out: We have very flexible arrival times and can
usually accommodate your schedule. Suites are usually ready by 2:00, and 3:00 at the
latest. We are also quite flexible with departing times, although we will ask that
housekeeping be able to get into the suite by noon. Guests are welcome to enjoy the common
area and stow luggage while waiting for their suite if they arrive early, or after
checkout
