Our home was built in 1904. The style
is Victorian with high ceilings and ornate molding on the main level.
The home has three gas fireplaces one in the entry way, the second in the
living room and the third is located in the English room. There is an additional fireplace
which is electric in the bathroom of the room called Nature's Niche. The home offers a
large covered front and side porch with a large side and back yard. Our guests will enjoy
a large brick patio in the rear of the home with multiple buildings on the property.
The InnKeepers reside in the Carriage House. In addition there is a Smoke
house used for lawn equipment, a Salt house which is currently used for storage, and a log
cabin. The log cabin was built in 1884 and was originally located in Olathe. It was moved
to the property and restored, however, the cabin needs to be restored again since it was
not kept up by the previous owners but provides a great conversation item. Eventually the
Log cabin will have a Hot tub and bar.

In the Enchanted Realm Bed & Breakfast you will
find six unique rooms to choose from.
Each room has it’s own theme and it’s own personality. Come in and experience
the romance.

Twilight
As you enter this room you will feel magical with the powers of the Sun and Moon
encompassing your being located on the third floor of this beautiful three story home.
Your bathing experience will be in a 48x72 whirlpool tub with shower.

Enchanted Garden
As you enter this room you will feel the mystical enchantment of a garden with flowers and
greenery with accents of butterflies, fairies, and unicorns offering a bright airy charm
located on the second floor of this beautiful three story home. Your bathing experience
will be in a large 6 foot claw foot tub with hand shower.

Mystical Realm
As you enter this room you will feel a sense of magic with the watchful eye of the
protecting Gargoyles and Wizards with a more masculine air located on the second floor of
this beautiful three story home. Your bathing experience will be in a shower big enough
for two.

Crusader’s Quest
As you enter this room you will feel the spirit of adventure with a variety of European,
Greek, and Moorish with armament located on the third floor of this beautiful three story
home. This room will be accented with Gothic undertones. Your bathing experience will be
in a single person shower.

English Room
As you enter this room you will feel as if you were walking into a London cobblestone
cottage. Featuring our guest(s) with a private entrance and a fireplace located on the
main floor of this beautiful three story home. Your bathing experience will be in a two
person shower with a bench seat.

Nature's Niche
As you enter this deluxe suite you will feel as if you went back in time with a feel of
the local native heritage. The room is accented with Bradford Exchange plates of lovers
and mother/child with these unique native American paintings located on the second floor
of this beautiful three story home. Your bathing experience will be in a 48x72 whirlpool
tub, single person shower with fireplace.

- Rates: $65 - $135
- All rooms are double occupancy - Rates are subject to change without notice
- Check-in time: 3 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- Discounted Weekend packages available between January-April with the exception of
Holidays, the weekend before and after
- Holiday weekend rates apply New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas these rates apply to the weekend before and after the holiday
- Deposit must be received within one week from when the reservation was made
- The deposit for weekend stays is the first night stay and for weekly stays the deposit
equals half the total amount due.
- Deposit will be happily refunded or applied to a new date if the cancellation is
received one week prior to arrival date. If not, we will do our best to fill your room,
and if successful, we will return your deposit less $15 for handling charges.
- No refund on early departure. Ten percent service charge for credit card cancellations.
- Your canceled check or credit card slip is your receipt.
- NO Pets of any kind
- NO Smoking - Smoking is permitted ONLY in designated smoking areas outside. ABSOLUTELY
NO Smoking in the main house or in your room.
- For the comfort of our guests, we cannot accept reservations for children under 16. The
environment of this Inn is more for a romantic get away.
- Exception to this policy - The Inn will accept small children if the entire facility is
booked for a specific event.

Tami immensely enjoys staying in Bed & Breakfast facilities. If you
are an avid B&B patron you know the atmosphere varies between the facilities. Some are
very romantic, some make you feel like your part of the family, some are more impersonal
and cold, then you have those that hit you in the right spot and make you want to visit
over and over again, which is our goal for your stay.
