Secluded from the road on over 2 acres, we are located on Long Pond in Centerville.

You can enjoy soothing waterviews on your private deck or enjoy the cool breezes at the water's edge. We have a quiet spot with an expansive backyard. Relaxing is easy.

You can also choose to do a little bass fishing or take a leisurely tour around the pond in our paddleboat.

We are located a short distance from Centerville's Historic District and one mile from the famous Craigville Beach. We are five minutes from Hyannis where you can find restaurants, Summer Theater, shopping malls, boutiques and ferries or flights to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Route 6A, the Old King's Highway, can easily be reached to find galleries, antique shops and restaurants in a beautifully rural atmosphere.

All our rooms are large, bright airy with private bath with a whirlpool tub and
windows on three sides and have.

There is a color TV with VCR. For your comfort, there is a fireplace and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

Each room has a queen size bed and a sitting area. Sliding glass doors open onto a roof-covered deck.

Mainsail
This is a first floor room with a cozy queen size sleigh bed. It has a private bath with double pedestal sinks and a whirlpool tub.

Windward
This is a second floor room featuring a turn of the century queen size Victorian mansion bed. It has a private bath with an oak vanity and a whirlpool tub.

Compass Rose
This is a second floor room with Colonial decor.  It has a queen size bed with an 18th century Georgian style panel headboard.

Other in-room amenities include: Alarm clocks, cable TV/VCR, paddle fans, iron/board, hair
dryers and telephone for outgoing calls.

Rates & Inn Policies

In-Season:
May through October

$125 - $165/nt.
Off-Season
November through April

$95 - $125/nt.

Daily Rates.     No state or local taxes apply.
Check-in time 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. ~
Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
Late arrivals welcome with advance notice.
 
  • A full breakfast is served every day.
  • Reservations require a 50% deposit by check or credit card. Master Card, Visa, American Express are accepted. The balance is due upon arrival.
  • No state or local taxes apply, or are ever added to any of our room rates.
  • Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of $20.00 per room. Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be refunded based on re-rental of the room for the nights reserved, less the cancellation fee.
  • Our accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of 16.
  • Occupancy for each room is a maximum of two people.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
  • Use of paddleboat and rowboat are provided at no charge, based on availability.
