Welcome to the Berry Manor Inn - A mid-coast Maine Bed and Breakfast. We are Rockland's premier bed and breakfast inn and the only AAA 4-Diamond rated historic bed and breakfast
inn in mid-coast Maine.

Our guests enjoy full use of the inn's spacious common rooms, which include a formal parlor, fully stocked guest pantry, library, and front porch.

Our well loved home has been a center of grand and gracious hospitality for more than a century, first as the primary residence of four generations of the Berry family and then in the hands of another local family for fifty years. We are honored to share in this tradition as innkeepers of the Berry Manor Inn, and invite you to experience a return to graciousness and grandeur under our roof.

Eleven of the 12 spacious guest rooms have a working fireplace and equally luxurious private bath.

All are uniquely decorated in the colors and tones of the Victorian era with a pleasing balance of elegance and comfort, and an attention to detail that we carry through to all aspects of your stay with us -- from morning coffee to evening sweets.

Enjoy a full, multi-course breakfast in our elegantly appointed
dining room any time between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Choose an intimate table for two by the window or ask us to set up a table for up to six if you are traveling with a larger party. With advance notice we can also arrange for an earlier or later meal to better fit your travel plans, or plan a menu to accommodate special dietary needs or food allergies.

As our guest you are invited to use the inn's many common rooms, which include a drawing room with TV, VCR, and Nintendo for those requiring an electronic fix; a formal parlor; quiet and fully stocked second-floor library; front porch; and guest pantry complete with refrigerator, microwave, and freshly baked treats!

Rates: $85 - $215 USD
Arrival and Departure Times
Although we prefer an arrival time after 3 p.m. and a departure time before 11 a.m., we make every effort to accommodate our guests' travel schedules. Please let us know if your plans require you to arrive earlier in the day, later in the evening, or if you need some extra time the morning of your departure from the Berry Manor Inn.
Cancellations
We require a 10-day cancellation notice in the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel your reservation in order to refund your advance deposit in full.
Perfect for Couples
Our inn caters to adults and is a romantic retreat for couples on their honeymoon, anniversary getaway, or just taking a well-deserved break from the hustle and bustle of family life.
Deposits
Advance reservations are strongly recommended, and your reservation is held for you with an advance deposit equal to the lesser of one night's stay or one-half of your planned stay. We will charge this amount to your credit card, or hold your reservation for seven days pending receipt of your check or money order.
Guest Comfort and Safety
For our guests' comfort, each of the guest rooms are individually zoned for heat. All rooms are equipped with the necessities of modern life including telephones, data ports, clock radios, and hair dryers. A limited number of in-room TVs are available upon request. For our guests' safety, all of the rooms are equipped with hardwired smoke detectors, audio and strobe alarms (for our hearing-impaired guests), and an automatic sprinkler system. There are two means of egress from both the second and third floors of the inn. Each of our guest rooms has a lock equipped with a dead bolt. We welcome any comments or suggestions on how we may improve our guest accommodations.
Minimum Stay
We have no minimum stay requirements at the Berry Manor Inn except for holiday and festival weekends. Please inquire when making your reservations.
Pets
We will be happy to suggest local boarding facilities for any pets accompanying you on your travels.

Room rates include morning coffee, a full breakfast, and evening sweets as well as the full use of the Berry Manor Inn's many common areas.
