Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bedrooms and Studios
Full refund if cancellation notice reaches us two weeks before planned arrival date.

Apartment/Suite
Full refund if cancellation notice reaches us four weeks before planned arrival date.

$15.00 processing fee deducted from all refunds.

Delayed Arrival or Departure
In the event that less than the required cancellation notice is given, refunds are subject to our success in re-renting the entire reservation period.

Payment of Accounts
Personal checks, cash, and travelers checks are preferred. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.
