The Rhumb Line is perfect for couples and families. We are Kennebunkport’s only resort featuring indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and spas, sauna and fitness center.

The Rhumb Line Resort is nestled in a quiet, scenic, four-acre wooded setting, less than a mile from President Bush's Summer White House (Walkers Point). From our location, you are a short walk to a picturesque coastal, pebble beach and a short drive to the beautiful sandy beaches that make Kennebunkport, Maine so inviting.  The popular "In Town Trolley" stops right at our front door every hour in season offering a great tour of the Kennebunks or simply a unique ride into Dock Square to visit its popular galleries, shops and restaurants.

During the summer months, guests enjoy Poolside Dining including nightly (weather permitting) Downeast lobster bakes (we call it a “Downeast Feast”) under the gazebo.

All of our rooms have two queen beds or one king. We even have suites with kitchenettes. All rooms offer air-conditioning/heat, color cable TV, direct dial telephones and convenience size refrigerators. Over 95% of our rooms are non-smoking. In our effort to constantly improve our resort and your vacation, ongoing room renovations include upgrading carpets, new bedspreads, armoires, chairs and furnishings.

Our banquet and conference rooms and facilities make us the perfect destination and resort for motorcoach groups, corporate meetings, wedding receptions, reunions, and other events.

Groups love our "Downeast Feast" complete with lobsters, steamers, corn on the cob, chowder, and much more (the Downeast Feast is available year round for groups).

Policies
  • Rates: $79 - $175
  • Rates are per night and subject to Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax (currently 7%).
  • Misc: Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Additional person rates $10 per person
  • Check in time is 2PM and Check out time is 11AM (except on packages as noted).
  • No Saturday night only stays from Mid May - Mid- October and during Prelude and Presidents Weekends
  • Deposit: One night's deposit or a major credit card guarantee is required at time of reservation.
  • Cancellations: All deposits are refundable, less a $25 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days are non-refundable. For credit card reservations we will process your card for the first night's stay if you cancel less than 7 days in advance (or simply "no show").
  • Children 12 & under always stay free in parents room.
  • School Vacation Special. Kids 16 & Under STAY FREE in parents room during April, Christmas and February vacation weeks.
