All three structures are impeccably restored, designated historic landmarks set in professionally landscaped grounds.

Life-long San Antonians, Don and Liesl Noble are the fifth and sixth generation of their families to live in King William. They have created a setting that reflects the hospitality and graciousness of a bygone era.

Liesl and Don  are proud to announce the acquisition of The Oge' House - Inn on the Riverwalk and its addition to Noble Inns luxury bed and breakfast properties. This spectacular mansion is located directly on San Antonio's famed Riverwalk in the equally famous King William Historic District. Erected in 1857, this edifice is one of Texas' most significant historic residences, as confirmed by its inclusion in 1968, with a handful of other residences, in the Historic American Building Survey conducted by the United States Department of the Interior for the National Archives at the Library of Congress.

The best in modern conveniences have been incorporated into each guest room at Noble Inns. Guests will find telephone with dataport, color cable television with HBO and central air conditioning and heating.

Noble Inns’ ideal downtown location means that guests are a short walk from numerous attractions. The River Walk, Alamo, La Villita, Convention Center and Alamodome are just a few blocks away. After a day of sightseeing or meetings guests can unwind in the heated swimspa at The Jackson House or relax in the garden.

First floor accommodations:
Four-poster canopy or half-tester queen bed; two-person jacuzzi bathtub with shower $160-225

Two room suite - sitting room with fireplace; bedroom with carved walnut queen bed; two-person jacuzzi bathtub with shower $175-250

Second floor accommodations:
King bed, claw-footed bathtub with shower $130-200
Queen bed, tiled shower $120-180

The Oge' House
3 Queen Bedrooms: $155 and up per night

2 Superior Queen Bedrooms
Include fireplace and flat-panel TV with DVD player hidden in the antique armoire. $169 and up per night

3 King Bedrooms: Include fireplace and porch. $$185 and up per night

Mitchell King Jacuzzi Suite
Two room suite. First floor with separate sitting and bedrooms. Sitting room has twin daybed for third guest ($50 per day charge). Luxurious new granite bath with premium double jacuzzi tub and separate oversized shower with 5 spray jets. King bed, fireplace, direct access to lower veranda, stereo system, 2 TV's, 2 telephones. $225 and up per night

Riverview King Jacuzzi Suite
Large, very private room. Third floor with sitting area and fireplace. Private balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Large, luxurious new granite bath with premium double jacuzzi tub and separate shower with 5 spray jets. King bed, stereo system in room and bath, flat-panel TV with surround sound system and DVD player. $245 and up per night

Pancoast Carriage House
Suite 1: Private living/dining area and full kitchen, two person jacuzzi bathtub with shower; TV w/VCR $185-250*

Suite 2 OR 3: Shared living/dining area and full kitchen, vaulted ceilings $130-200*

*Add $40 for additional persons over double occupancy

  • Other rates or longer required stays may apply to holidays and other special dates.
  • Weekday/corporate rates available.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • Reservations
    For reservations or more information, please call (210) 225-4045 or (800) 221-4045 from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. cst. Weekends typically require a two-night minimum stay, although single nights are sometimes available.
  • Deposit Policy
    Reservations for one or two nights require advance deposit at the time of reservation equivalent to the highest rate of accommodation for one night. Longer and group reservations may require additional deposits.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Generally, deposits will be refunded, less a $20 processing charge per room, if notice is received by our office no less than 14 days prior to the intended date of arrival. Longer advance notice periods may apply to holiday, special event and group reservations.
  • Rolls Royce Transportation
    To make your stay even more memorable, arrange to be picked up at the airport in our classic 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II or reserve it for transportation to dinner. Call for rates.
  • Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m.
  • Children
    Children age 13 and older can be accommodated at The Jackson House. Children of any age can be accommodated at the Aaron Pancoast Carriage House. Additional person charges apply to children of all ages. At The Oge' House Children 16 or older only.
  • Smoking: In consideration of others, smoking is permitted outside on the porch or patios only.
  • Complimentary, lighted off-street parking is provided.
